Schedule - Policies – Procedures

We have 8 Teams in the League consisting of 8 to 12 Players per Team (84 Total Players). The Captains of each team must submit their 6 players (three 2-man teams) competing to the Golf Shop via email to Jason Himple - jhimple@everettgolfcc.com - at least 2 days before each Match Played (by 5:00pm of the Monday prior to the Match Played). An auto email reminder will go out 1 week in advance about an upcoming match.

FEES AND PAYOUTS
LEAGUE FEE:
$75 per person. Charged to all Players assigned to a Team. This Fee will go into a Season Payout Pot that is paid as Golf Shop Credit to All Teams based on their finish in the Final Team Standings.
MATCH FEE:
$15 per person. Charged to each Player, including Subs, that play each Match. The Match Fee will be paid out in Golf Shop Credit, after each Match played to the (3) highest Team Point Totals for that Match. Pot Breakdown Payout: 1st Place: 50%; 2nd Place: 30%; 3rd Place: 20%
DINNER after each Match Played, for only the participants competing that evening. Dinner will be billed only to the Members that played and competed for each given Match. Dinner is $25++
TEAM SETUP & SUB LIST
A maximum of 8 Total Teams are allowed in the League and will compete in (1) Season Division. It is recommended that Teams consist of 8 to 12 players to help ensure each player’s availability. Past Teams have scheduled a rotation of Players based on each teammate’s availability.
Only (6) Players, from each Team, are competing for each Match played.
Team Captain: Each Team must have a Captain to coordinate the 6 players competing for each Match.
The Captain for each Team, must submit their lineup of three 2-man teams for each Match to the Golf Shop by 5:00pm on each Monday, 48 Hours prior to the Match Played. Email Roster to jhimple@everettgolfcc.com
If a Team can only get 4 or 5 players confirmed for a Match, from their roster, the Captain may recruit no more than (2) Substitute Players from the provided list.
SUB PLAYER POLICY
Substitute Players are not League Members and may play for any Team during the Season if a spot becomes available on a Team. Captains are responsible for contacting the Subs to fill their team. Each Team is allowed a maximum of (2) Subs per match played. Teams cannot pair Substitute Players together for a Match. Teams that fail to field a team will receive 0 points for that Match and the opposing teammates will receive 9 points for their respective Team. Subs are not charged the League Fee but will be charged the Match Fee and may win Pro Shop Credit if the Team they are playing for finishes in the top 3 in Total Points for that Match.
NO SHOW POLICY
If a (2) Man Team does not show up or meet the requirement for a particular Match, that Team will receive 0 points for that Match. The opposing teammates will receive 9 points for their respective Team.
FORMAT
Seven Matches will be played. The format will be 9 Holes of Match Play with handicaps, for all Matches and Formats.
Play from Blue Tees.
Each hole is worth one point for a total of 9 points for the 9 holes played. Ties on a hole are worth ½ point. All matches must complete all 9 holes to continue accruing points for your Team’s Season Standings.
The Team will the most accumulated Points will win the 2026 League. Teams that are tied in Total Points in the Final Standings (including 1st Place) their head to head match will be compared to determine what place each Team will be.
